4.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect website traffic data for your media kits. This requires read-only access to your Google Analytics properties. We only access aggregate metrics and do not collect individual user data from your websites.

4.3 Payment Processors (Stripe/Polar)

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Polar. Your payment information is transmitted directly to these processors and is subject to their privacy policies. We receive only transaction confirmations and do not store full payment card details.

4.4 Google Services (OAuth, Calendar, Gmail)

We use Google OAuth for authentication and may integrate with Google Calendar and Gmail with your permission. These integrations access only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Ad-Space's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.1 How We Use Google Data

• Google Calendar: To display, create, and manage calendar events related to your deals, tasks, and client meetings
• Gmail: To track and log email communications with your contacts within the CRM, helping you maintain a complete history of client interactions
• Google OAuth: To securely authenticate your identity without requiring a separate password

5.2 Limited Use Disclosure

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide Ad-Space access to Google data, our use of that data will be subject to these restrictions:

• We will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide the email tracking and logging features you have requested
• We will only use access to Google Calendar data to provide calendar sync and scheduling features you have requested
• We will not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve the features you requested, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement, doing so is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
